In practice I’ve found that life and health advice often get overwhelming to patients. Conflicting opinions and information overload lend themselves to decision fatigue; nothing changes. My superpower is the 10,000 foot view of a person’s life - helping them choose the variables to modify to reach their goals.

My practice helps people establish healthy foundational habits to reach their health goals.  I often work with women who are overwhelmed with life, work, and managing their families.  They are busy, and they want clarity in where to start and accountability with improving their health. That’s where I come in.

I also believe there is incredible power in healing within community. So I launched a small-group program that provides this while you work on making small, sustainable changes. There is a mind-body component of holding space while integrating meditation, intuition, affirmations, and manifestation.
